Vetri Maaran for GV Prakash

GV Prakash, at the age of 16, has won a coveted gold medal from Trinity College for clearing the difficult, 8th Grade with flying colors for his Piano playing. Two years later, he had composed the music for the Award winning film, Veyil.


To commemorate his achievement, an Iphone app was launched yesterday powered by mycityway. Vetri Maaran was present at the launch in a display of support. This is a unique app as it is the first of its kind for a composer. It has all the information you could possibly want on GV Prakash, plus a list of his many achievements. The app also lets you stay updated on his latest tunes and listen to a collection of his music online. Images are also available for browsing.

We must say the app is as hip and trendy as the composer himself. The response has been very good and GV Prakash is a happy man.
